Professional Nurse Leader and Educator

I am a passionate nurse leader and educator working to improve patient outcomes through excellence in nursing with a focus on addressing health disparities through culturally competent healthcare. Education and leadership are key, and I focus on these areas as strategies for success. Nurses are able to impact change, and I help nurses recognize their ability to impact change.
